Terms and Conditions
General Bonus Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses available in the Bonus Shop. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific bonus, the rules of the individual bonus shall prevail.
1. Earning CP and RCP
Players earn both Complimentary Points (CP) and Redeemable Complimentary Points (RCP) through eligible real-money bets on slot games:
- 1 CP for every £/€20 wagered, or equivalent currency.
- RCP are awarded at a rate of 5% of total eligible wagering volume.
CP determine your progress through the Loyalty Program and unlock exclusive rewards and benefits.
RCP can be used to purchase bonuses and rewards from the Bonus Shop.
Example
If a player places £100 in eligible bets, they will receive:
- 5 CP — 1 CP per £20 wagered.
- 5 RCP — 5% of total wagering volume.
If a player places £500 in eligible bets, they will receive:
- 25 CP
- 25 RCP
This example is based on eligible real-money wagers only and excludes bets placed using bonus funds, unless otherwise specified.
2. How to Purchase a Bonus
- Navigate to the Bonus Shop.
- Select the reward you wish to redeem.
- Click Add to Cart or Buy.
- Confirm the required amount of RCP.
- The selected reward will be credited to your account upon successful redemption.
3. Available Reward Types
- Free Spins
- Bonus Funds
- Physical Device Rewards
- Other promotional rewards as determined by the Casino
4. Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise:

5. Physical Device Rewards
The RCP value required for Physical Device Rewards is based on the current retail price of the respective product at the time of redemption.
Where applicable, the reward may be credited as:
- Cash equivalent
- Voucher
- Direct product fulfilment by the Casino or its partners
All rewards are subject to availability and any applicable delivery restrictions.
